Sarah carefully watched the parchment as the results of the diagnostic spell automatically printed across it in neat lines. She made note of a few curious things, including the trace presence of two compounds not usually found in the bloodstream. She had a suspicion of how Percy had come to ingest them, but she would get to that in a moment. First things first.
Setting down the chart, she moved behind him where he was sitting and reached out to gently feel his neck and shoulders. "Does it follow this path?" She asked, using her forefingers to trace a line up either side of his neck and behind his ears. She leaned forward and whispered in his ear. "Sorry if my hands are a bit cold. Occupational hazard." Continuing her manual exam, she checked for contusions and any sign of swelling. Finding none, she stepped in front of him again and picked up the chart.
"So, Percy, the good news is I didn't find any signs of injury to your neck or head. But that means the cause of your headaches is less physical than it is conditional." She looked at him unblinkingly. "Have you been experiencing bouts of high stress recently?"
