If someone had asked her two years ago who she'd choose for company at tea, Fleur or a cave troll, Tonks would seriously have considered the cave troll. It wasn't just the limited choice of companionship now that drove her to wiggle into her last pair of clean leggings and comb her hair before departing for Shell Cottage, she'd found a friend in Phlegm - and even given up Ginny's really rather clever invention. It wasn't kind, and Tonks hadn't been sorted into Hufflepuff on mistake: she was far more keen on being friends with everyone than she was in holding their faults against them. Fleur had been and could be imperious, but she was also unfailingly generous and she had a wicked sense of humor.
Tonks knew better than to bring her second rate tea provisions with her, however, mouth watering at the prospect of cake and tea that wasn't steeped in stained cups. Bundled into an oversized sweater and two woefully mismatched scarves, Tonks pinched a bit of floo powder from the grinning ceramic cat on the mantle and stepped into the fireplace.
