Itzal almost jumped up when Skye came around the corner, but it would have looked even worse for him. He felt as though he was in a compromising enough position. He had been stretched out along the other man's bed waiting for him to come back. Perhaps he should have been more aware of his surroundings to listen for Skye coming back... or maybe he shouldn't have let himself lay down. Annoyed at himself, he huffed but just laid there. The immortal was giddy as usual and it made the shade smile at him. "Hola." He greeted the other warmly, although he was a little nervous himself. He never actually sought someone out before.
Nox sat up a little bit. "I was waiting. I really didn't feel like going to the fights tonight and found myself bored in my room..." He trailed off, looking around the room at the other mutant's possessions. He had a huge array of different novels and books that made the young man tilt his head. He reached to explore a little bit but withdrew his hand, actually thinking. "Oh, sorry. That would have been rude." If the young man had anything, it was poise and manners. "And I'm sorry for coming in without letting you know, I just thought I'd wait." He explained looking back over towards Skye.
He sighed for a moment, thinking about what to say now that he was actually there. "So... where did you run off to?" He inquired, bright eyed and curious. His eyes moved back towards the books. There were incredibly interesting arrangements and completely random ones. There were martial arts books, young adult books, and even children books. "Well this explains why it's no wonder you won..." He mumbled as his eyes reached a Ju Jitsu book. "I don't do well with ground fighting." He huffed to himself again, disappointed and agitated.
As he was looking around the room, he thought of how much crap Skye was going to be giving him for not only seeking him out, not just being in his room, but being in his bed. "That reminds me... I came by because I wanted to see how you were." He spoke rather sternly, acknowledging he didn't have long before the onslaught of jeering began.
But that's what made him enjoy being around the other. "And, if I recall, you owe me quite a bit from our fight. One being that you're my personal masseuse. Remember?" He smirked, trying to jump the gun on the joking around. But, to an extent, Itzal was not joking around. He did intend for the other to give him a massage. "And I know the agreement. I lost. And you did say you were great with your hands." He laughed and actually did something he never would have done before. He admitted that he lost.
