Itzal was not in a happy place. Of course he landed an attack, but his other was thwarted relatively quickly. And what was worse: Skye's arm was healing... and fast. After he threw the punch, he found it deflected and attacks coming at his face. The two were having a trading of attacks, it would seem. Nox kept in close, trying to block the attacks coming at him and attempting to land some of his own. They were stalemating for a while until Endless did something that would definitely push the shade's buttons. His wrist was gripped and he was pulled in by the other.
Quickly realizing the danger he was in, the young man struggled a little bit but found that his arm felt like it was going to snap if he struggled too much. "I'll show you touchy." He growled at the other, obviously taking this fight seriously. Skye was definitely figuring the shade out as they fought, but it wasn't a one way street.
Itzal stiffened, locking himself up so that he could offer resistance. Then, as if he didn't annoy Nox enough, Skye whispered in his ear again. However, he tried to remain calm this time. "You know... by how many times you get me in this position, I'd guess you'd enjoy putting me here." He smirked, thinking it might throw him off like it would other opponents. Although that would work on others, he had his reservations as to it working on the other man. After stiffening, the young man found that it was somewhat of a bad idea. His torso screamed in pain, the muscles obviously fighting back. His arm, which took a good deal of hits earlier, was being put through hell now.
Itzal knew if it were taken to the floor, he would be put at an even greater disadvantage than he was already in. He needed to be able to move, to evade. If he couldn't move, he would begin to panic. The anxiety was creeping in his mind slowly. Trying to think quickly, the shade threw a back kick close range at his foe. It may not do enough damage, but it may jolt the other. But then again, Endless was a tank. He would have to find a way to get him off of him. "I thought you didn't like to attack others from behind. Huh, Skye? You didn't earlier." He tried to use that as justification as he swung his free arm to try to pelt the other.
The shade felt that his efforts were turning futile. He kept struggling though. He was never one to give up and this certainly wouldn't be the time he started to. Even though it wouldn't have enough power, he tried throwing an elbow at Skye's abdomen to see if it would dislodge him. "Do you really like being this close to me or what?" He grumbled back at the other, his breathing becoming heavier as his chest grew tight. He was running out and quick.
