Itzal was finding the other incredibly annoying. Not the kind that would make him hate the other. In fact, it kind of amused him. But the man was really pushing his buttons. Nox, feeling the other behind him, began to tense, poised to attack. What made it worse was the other had the nerve to whisper in his ear, making goosebumps crawl across his skin. He never really had anyone that close and it made him absolutely nervous. Truthfully, he was often a lot of bark when it came to his flirtations. "Looking at? Nothing in particular. And I am training." He said, strain in his voice as he tried to stay incredibly still. If he tried to duck because of his lack of comfort, the other might get a hit in, which was incredibly undesirable.
The shade smirked as he thought to himself. "You know something? You're a really nice guy." He said, nodding his head. "Almost makes it too easy." He murmured just before whipping his body around with a round kick. Perhaps the whirling would give it enough force to do some kind of damage to the other. But then again, he was a little afraid of getting caught again. Especially since he was in such close proximity. He lightened up a little at the end, trying to prepare to dodge away.
The darkling decided to use the spin of his kick to try to sidestep and turn around Skye. "Want you to like it?" His voice turned a little shrill towards the end. If anything, it distracted him. "W-well, the only reason I'd want you to like it is if it distracted you!" He exclaimed, his temper obviously flaring. The trouble was, the young man still didn't have a good enough impression as to how the other fought. Obviously, he didn't mind getting hit. Obviously, he was straight-forward and fair. It was honorable. It was something Itzal would have probably preferred to be but there would be no chance at success, no chance at survival for him.
The other was toying with him as well and it made Nox incredibly uncomfortable. He needed to harden himself from the taunts. No one got under his skin like Skye did and he probably didn't even mean to, which made it all the more frustrating. Itzal tried to remain defensive and ready to move if he could. He was still incredibly close to the other. "Tch... there are times where I wish I could use my powers..." He muttered to himself, thinking that would better his chances.
