She'd decided to go for a walk, to stretch her legs, perhaps stimulate her mind. It was when she was out walking that she remembered being told the island had a library. Perhaps she could find something to read? Of course she had to doubt they had any stellar supplies if it was for the mutants, but it wouldn't hurt to have a peek, since she didn't have much else to do. It could end up she'd be chewed out for not being where she could be found readily if she was needed, but she was sure she was being tracked because of her collar, and why make everything so easy for them? She wasn't exactly angry, just a bit put out with the whole ordeal. That was what laying around alone in one's cell did to one, yet another reason why she was out roaming around.
Today she was dressed in a red and white striped dress, it going to her knees, and a pair of thick, black boots that looked suspiciously like combat boots with red and lime green laces. A bit of an odd combination, especially with the black and red striped socks then that went up to her thighs, so covered her legs, the part of them that could be seen. But she liked it and that was what counted, right?
She wandered around the library, lost in her own thoughts so she didn't notice a person in front of her, so she rather ungraciously bumped right into the woman. Her dark eyes widened and she stepped back, eyes wide. "Oh, I'm sorry!" She said. Her voice was on the low, calm side, many had described it before as like a kind of balm to those that were nervous, though she was sure it didn't have that effect on everyone, they'd just been saying that to boost her confidence.
She paused, staring at the woman without meaning to, and she then asked, getting this notion, and she tended to go with her notions, that she wasn't having a very good time of it, so she asked softly, right out of the blue, "Are you okay...?"
