He let out a sigh, still rather ashamed and quite frustrated with himself that he'd failed for so long. But, he was making a difference, making progress, even if it was an all too slow process for his liking. As much as Kyle would have liked to take all the credit for himself, but he knew it was simply not true, and hew as so painfully honest he simply could not lie about it, even to himself.
He sighed heavily, half turning away from Jason, shame and regret filled his features, his unwashed hair moving to help hide this. "They already did," he growled. It was one of his greatest regrets, they had gotten to him, they had broken him, he had truly snapped. "But I won' let 'em again."
