Ernie paced the floor nervously. It wasn't taking charge or talking in front of people that bothered him. It was the time crunch he was feeling as he paced. He had a lot to say and had to be sure that what they discussed would stay between only them. Certain that having all of the seventh years in his room would be against some form of regulations; he decided that the common room would have to do. They needed to get things rolling with their latest brainstorm for the safety of the House; otherwise it might never be done. Crossing the floor once more, Ernie took a deep breathe and felt the time slowly pass by. It was as if time stood still, then again all ideas have a time where they must sit in limbo. Ernie just wished it wasn't such an excruciating wait...

(OOC Note: I've adjusted Remus' original post re: the Order meeting to say today. Huge apologies for the fact that I am a forgetful git.)

Remus arrived at Grimmauld Place well before the rest, though he really had nothing which needed preparing. Force of habit, he supposed, both the early arrival and the dread with which he faced being in charge for the first time. He'd been just as worried, teaching that very first class at Hogwarts, though he liked to think it hadn't shown.

Well, that had turned out all right. With luck, this would too.
