Kill Your Darlings is literary advice to writers to cut out those brilliant but extraneous elements in their final works because they just don't belong. But here at Thorne Hall, darlings, you are all wonderful even if you are misfits and broken dolls.

Don't Kill Your Darlings is an OC (original character) gpsl where we open our arms to your orphans and your experimental characters. The game is a fairly sandbox-like game, set in a large mansion in a beautiful wilderness, where you can try new things you've always wanted to try. Try all the characters you weren't sure would fit in a certain game or ones you weren't sure you'd want to play permanently. Play a sinner or a saint. DKYD welcomes temporary characters and even exploring character death as a result. We ARE however looking for people who really want to get in-depth with character development and interactions with other characters. They're your darlings but we hope you'll be mean to them and put them through rigorous trials and tribulations.
