Starling City was saved; the threat of Slade Wilson’s mirakuru army was put to an end thanks to the Arrow and his allies. It ushered in a time of rebuilding and peace; the crime rate was brought to the lowest point it had been in years thanks to the city’s new protectors. Captain Quentin Lance, his daughter Laurel as district attorney, and the Arrow working in tandem to keep the people safe. A new Starling, a better Starling, but how long could it really last? Even as the town’s residents settled into their lives, a new threat loomed
