| it started as a grand experiment in the entertainment game. as its popularity increased, the franchise expanded. the arenas became grander and more diverse. the fighters were given their own self-functioning city, located on a floating island. and as long as they abide by the rules and fight when they're told to, life can be quite good. you have been brought to fight for their entertainment. they are simply known as the aliens although they have only ever appeared to their captives in human forms. very little is known about them except this: they are very powerful and they do not like to be bored. let the games begin
