A DESPERATE WISH

It was a battle like any other. A fight they had fought for so long. The Brotherhood, run up against the X-Men. One trying to stop humanity's destruction of their own kind, one trying to protect all of mankind. Human and mutant alike. There were injuries, and there was fatigue. It was a parting shot, and still no one knows who took it. All they know is time, slowed. Pietro, known for his speed, had stopped. Somehow been hit and fallen. His sister, Wanda, turned and seeing his limp form, eye staring blankly at the sky, screamed enraged. She threw herself, and her powers, over his body, a silent plea for help, any sort of help. Her powers of reality manipulation pushed to their breaking and she too went limp.

But not before the world shimmered, and changed. Our reality, absorbed, absorbing another. Heroes and villains alike felt the odd shift, but none know exactly what has happened. Only that fallen comrades have returned. Loved ones, once thought lost, brought back, and new heroes, new enemies, emerged. The worlds of Marvel and D/C have joined. A wish for time to go back, for youth to return, was taken literally. Now everyone is finding themselves in a merged world, one where they have somehow gotten younger. Their powers, their memories, are theirs, but now they seem to have more time. So do they trust each other? Or find a way to somehow separate their worlds once again? Knowing the consequences could be blinking out of existence all together.

With our graduates heading in different directions WMHS is looking for the newest glee club members.

WMHS has been going strong for the last eight months and is looking to expand its talent base. If you are interested in writing with active, dedicated, funny and friendly people who love Glee and the characters associated with the show as much as you do, our small group may be for you.

We are looking for: Artie Abrams, Joe Hart, Jake Puckerman, Brody Weston, Will Schuester, and Freshman Kitty & Marley. Also, Warblers, Chandler Kiehl, David Karofsky, Wade "Unique" Adams, Harmony Pearce, Cassandra July, David Martinez, Sue Sylvester, Lauren Zizes, Shannon Beiste, Holly Holliday, Carmen Tibideaux and Glee Project kids to fill original character type lines.

PREMISE

Charles Xavier has always been a man who has looked out for those who were, like himself, different. In a world where 'different' is automatically considered bad, he has tried to do what's best for humans. He has attempted to show them that the highly gifted and evolved individuals he works with aren't as terrible as the world makes them out to be. But despite his best efforts, the treatment towards those who were different never improved and eventually Xavier was forced to take action.

Charles continued to aid the humans in their problems, always having his loyal X-Men around to help those in need and eventually created a school for the highly gifted youngsters that were just learning to wield and control their power. As the years progressed, the school became rather popular and in recent years, Charles has expanded his home to create a place for mutants of all ages. Aside from the school, he founded a town dedicated to everyone gifted, young or old. Although not everyone could attend the institute, they would still be able to learn from those around them.

The town of Xavier opened early last year and it is slowly becoming more popular as the days pass. How will your character fit into this new world dedicated to them and their powers? Will they eventually turn to the darker side of their power? You will just have to come find out!
