In their haste to find the infamous Purgatory, Crowley - the newly appointed King of Hell - along with others have torn apart the space/time continuum, resulting in dozens upon dozens of universes destroyed and those left, riddled with gaping holes. The vortexes scattered across space and time dragged unsuspecting victims out of their own worlds and deposited them here - in Lawrence, Kansas.

Unwilling to devote the time the correcting the issues, Heaven has administered a quick fix - trapping all of the newcomers inside the city and refusing to allow them to leave. The Winchesters have been left to keep the peace and no one has been provided any answers. Locked in and branded with an Angelic form of a house arrest bracelet - a sigil burned into the shoulder of each arriving person - dozens of people from all walks of life are turning up in Lawrence.

And there's no way out... for now.
