Finally reunited with someone she knew, Kira felt a rush of relief at no longer feeling like her life was in danger. Everything prior had happened so fast that it was like she was being torn out of the protective shell she had created for herself, forced to put herself out there in a way she would never have done before. "I'm glad." She finally said then, sighing softly as she looked to him. Once more her gaze fell on the blond girl, but she saw something reflected in the blankness of her stare that caused her to turn away quickly. "I don't know who he is," Kira answered him quietly then, in a calm, even tone that fit her more than the hysterics she had shown Setzer previously. "He didn't hurt me, no, but he does have a weapon."
She explained to him quickly how she had woken up here, and how they had run into each other. Kira had been careful to omit the portions where she asked him to spare her life, seeing it as unnecessary, but... "I don't know much about him since I only know a little bit of English, but I think he's probably just as lost as we are." That bit, at least, seemed certain.
Her hand moved to touch Rei's sleeve after that, pinching enough of his leather jacket to grab ahold of as she stood at his side, comforted by having him close to her -- a strange, albeit overwhelming feeling. Once more her eyes trailed over the girl, and she watched her for a long moment before she looked up to Rei, a little more concerned than normal. "Do you think she's hurt? She reminds me of the busts we have in the art room -- like a statue."
