  are you choosing to wait to fill the rest of the support tickets with compensation for the accidental purge until after the sale? because it would seem like a good time now to compensate the rest of the people waiting while you're running a sale.

      it's been at least three weeks since the last time they were answered, no? and there are some tickets older than that i believe. i was just thinking now would be a good time, that way you don't lose out on money by giving them out when the sale prices are over.
