Issues Resolved
The past few nights the site has had some loading issues. I have discovered and resolved the problems. A few of the webservers were not booting properly and I was also not being properly notified. I apologize for the issues you all have been seeing recently, the site should start running better right away.

any new comments are supposed to be screened and that works up until the comments disappear, and then it sets it back to "Journal Default" instead of screening all responces.
as far as my other posts that i lost comments in go- i don't adjust anything in them, i just keep it set to how the journal has it. my journal default is to screen anonymous comments and log anonymous ips.
And just earlier this morning, I made 3 comments to my friendmugetsu, and chose an icon for each comment, naturally. I just checked the entry again, and all of my comments there have been reverted to default icons.
The icon browser is back and usable for me, by the way; I haven't tried posting to see if Rich Text is back, for the record.
I could deal if I could actually see comments and whole post contents, but it doesn't finish loading, even if I leave it alone for fifteen minutes and them come back. Any idea how long it'll take before the website gets back into gear?

Just a couple of things ... I still can't preview entries before submitting them with my personal journal, it seems to work okay with asylums and as of about an hour ago I have lost all comments to my one public post. :(
