About the Ads
Due to the overwhelming load of bad ads that the other ad companies have been delivering to us, I have reverted the site back to using only google ads. While not having the diversity of multiple ad companies might hurt us in the short term, I am worried about that harm that the pop-ups, redirects, and other bad things that the other ad companies have been doing will affect us worse in the long term.

Yeah, a Trojan (something called Vundo?) apparently got through last Sunday and let in a lot of other junk through before I found out. Now, I'm getting tons of pop-ups every few minutes--including the most disgusting porn ones there could possibly be.

I have no clue what to do to fix it. I got rid of Black Ice, and whatever other firewall I had since it never alerted me to anything--replaced it with McAfee, which is actually letting me know stuff. Doesn't help the problem already there, though.

Dad will probably have to reformat the hard drive or something.

I got a Trojan from here too. Whenever I'd log in, a whole bunch of huge, black bugs would literally start crawling all over my screen. I'd scream every time it would happen, because I wasn't expecting it. Here's how I cleaned it up though.

I got this, which is free, and ran the scan. After, it wouldn't find it, but I had it up to protect my computer. Then, one day when I started up the computer again, the bugs came out as did this popup that said to get a Maleware software or whatever. I knew this was the Trojan, but since my computer was protected, I told it to run anyway. So, the virus software was able to pick up on it the next time it ran the scan.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the link, even if I don't need it now. I got everything fixed myself, using McAfee and Webroot Spy Sweeper.
