Continuing Hotmail Issues
I am aware of the continuing issues with hotmail. Currently they are flagging all mail coming from our servers as dangerous spam and deleting it before it gets to your inboxes. I do have a line of communication open with them and we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. But I am not sure if or when they will start accepting InsaneJournal email. Until then I would suggest that you do not use a hotmail account for your email with InsaneJournal.

UPDATE: I just heard back from Microsoft and they are saying that users should start receiving our emails in the next 24-48 hours. And after that the system will be retrained on our emails so they should not get blocked in the future.

	Hey Mr. Squeaky. I think there is already a support ticket opened, but I believe this may be happening at GMail as well but only with the first initial account verification email. Just an FYI. Support 1404 ticket describes what happens. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Notifications and email validations go through - it's the initial account verification email that does not go through for some reason, when you first create a new journal. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
