I took the site down for a few minutes this afternoon to clean up the database. We were getting some errors uploading userpics that I think was caused by the database indexes being crashed. It's all clean now and everything should be working.
I thought I would also add that I've used several different computers and internet browsers. I'm usually uploading straight from the URL that they are held at greatestjournal, but I've also tried uploading from photobucket and personal domains. That leads me to believe that it isn't a greatestjournal problem. Maybe it's just a problem with the URL uploader thingy because I haven't used the upload from computer option yet.
