It looks like we are once again taking in accounts for GreatestJournal. We are thrilled to have you here! We would like to point out that we do have the resources to take you in. And if the site continues to grow the way it has been then we will get even more resources as needed. We do have a plan in place to further expand the resources the site has. So you do not have to worry about us.

We do hope to win you over and have you host your journals, asylums (communities at other sites), roleplays, and fan fic here, we are also happy just to give you a place of refuge while GreatestJournal works out whatever issues they are having, and totally understand if you go back. We are really just happy to have all of our users here, temporary or permanent!

Also, I know there are a lot of people who are unhappy with the site design here on InsaneJournal. We are currently working on a new easier to use (and easier on the eyes) design that we hope to implement soon. Obviously we will get as much feedback as possible.     Thank you for the update, and I'm glad to see you're accepting of rps and fanfic! As a mod of a community I was a little worried. Are you ready to become the new home to the rpers?

      Definitely. I totally understand what you guys need and feel that I can provide it. While I may not "get it" I totally understand that you guys enjoy what you do and really want a safe place to do it.

            Ah, well... I think the RPs are funnier anyway. ;0) Embarrassingly enough, and as a HP-fan, I have to admit that fandom and the academia connected to HP are way more entertaining than the books ever were. They are not exactly grand literature.

              As another HP-fan, I wanted to agree that the fandom is more entertaining that the books. I loved the books, but you're right, they're not grand literature.

              Agree hardcore. Roleplaying is the ONLY part of HP fandom I'm active in, these days.

                I write a lot and haven't RPed in a while, but it is what makes HP fandom rock. One can only read the books so many times without getting bored, but the world is fun to play in, no matter if it is as an author or an RPer.
