I see that we have a bunch of new users and a lot of people checking us out. I do welcome all of you. I want to point out to you, that although this site is based in the LiveJournal engine, we are not affiliated or associated with LiveJournal or Six Apart in any way. We are an independently run site.

We understand why a lot of you are coming over here, and we do not believe in censorship beyond the letter of the law. We will not remove any content from the site unless we receive an official DMCA take down notice or are contacted by an official law enforcement or other legal agency.

That said, we welcome all of you and if you have any issues, please feel free to visit our support area.

  But speaking of the support area - I wanted to ask something that wasn't answered by the FAQ and instead of the support page, I've been getting this message since the morning (I'm in Europe):

  I don't know if you are aware of it and I'm sorry if it doesn't belong here, but I didn't know where to submit a question about the submitting-support-questions page not working for me *sheepish grin*

      Well, I went to the support page: http://www.insanejournal.com/support/
      
      and then clicked on "Ask a Question", which links to this page: http://www.insanejournal.com/support/submit.bml
      
      which is when I get the message.

        OKay .. that's odd. Maybe the database was busy at that time. Is it working now?

          Okay, I can't believe it didn't cross my mind to do this before now, but... it seems to be a browser related thing. I'm using Firefox 2.0 (the latest update) and there it does *not* work. And haven't since I first tried it this morning. Seems to be working fine in Opera however.

            I just tried it, using both firefox 2.o and IE. If I am logged in, I get the same thing. If I log out, they both open a support ticket.

              Yes, it's the same for me with being able to see the page when logged out and not while logged in. How strange. Ah well, thanks for sending the support ticket, let's see what comes of it.
