FYI We extended our sale through today for Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday. Please be aware that we will be resetting our prices to regular holiday sale prices after today. Insane Userpics will not be available, however we will continue to offer Permanently Insane accounts until the end of the year.

  Squeaky, I bought a permanent account for this journal on Friday, but the account status page still just shows it as being a regular paid account. Can you confirm whether it was upgraded properly?

    Clear your browsers' cache and possibly cookies. Your account is upgraded, you are just getting old data from your browser.
