What'd work best in terms of restitution? Money to provide for that? For getting her through the next...doing the math she'd be a toddler now as he was fifteen then, near eighteen now, the next years of her life until she's done with university and university itself?
We'll just keep him away from you as has been done so far, with support if you'll take it, but he's been through nigh enough since then, punished to the fullest extent of the law, and brought back into society ages ago.
