"Axel?" Roxas asked the other nobody, hood raised to hide his face.
"Mm?"
"Can nobodies get sick?" his voice sounded like he was embarrassed. Axel looked curiously at the boy, but couldn't make out his face in the dark shadows provided by the hood.
"We're not supposed to... why do you ask?"
".............No reason." he said after a while. Axel was getting suspicious.
"Why are you wearing your hood, Roxas?"
"I feel like it." he said quickly. A grin spread across Axel's lips.
"Then you won't object when I..." he paused and threw off Roxas' hood with one hand, "take it--" but the sight of Roxas' face didn't let him finish his sentence. The blond's face was covered in small sores that looked like bug bites all over (and probably itched just as badly). He flushed, face becoming redder despite his fever.
"I told you, I felt like it." he said. Axel blinked.
"You've... got chicken pox..." he said, carefully. Roxas glanced to the side.
"Yeah, and?" It was at this point that he gasped because Axel scooped him up and walked off towards his room, carrying him honeymoon style. Barging into the blond's room, he set the youth down on his bed and pulled his checkered covers back over him.
"You need to rest," he stated, "Don't worry a bit. I'll take care of you." he grinned, "Nurse Axel..."
"If you wear a nurse's outfit, I swear I'll kill you." Roxas said acidly.
"Killjoy." Axel said, frowning. "No matter. I'm still going to care for you and nurse you back to health." he said happily. Roxas rolled his eyes.
"Axel, isn't chicken pox one of those diseases you should let run its cou--"
"Shh shh. Don't you worry yourself with that. I'll be right back with some chicken soup!" he said and practically skipped off. Roxas looked in his direction. I swear, he's got more maternal instincts than is healthy for a man...
