I’ll be honest. I really don’t like the Eyeshield 21 anime much. It’s not just because they changed all of Hiruma’s “fuckings” to “kusos,” though that is a part of it. It’s mostly because the animation is so thrown together and haphazard in some areas. And they made his eyebrows blond like they didn’t know he had black hair originally… don’t these animators do research? Not to mention how bad most of the filler episodes are. From what I can tell, they’re so bad, even Hiruma makes himself scarce in them. Ahaha… a-anyway, despite my dislike of the anime version versus the manga, if not for one filler episode in the death march arc… I wouldn’t have gotten this idea so. Yay for the anime making me want to write in HiruMamo filler? :D Since I needed room on my hard drive for moar anime other things, I’ve been deleting E21 episodes as I watch ‘em. I can’t remember the number, but it’s the one where they get their hotel room- Hiruma only throws three keys their way, the Haha Bros get their room (with Cerberos), Mamori gets a room all to herself, and everyone else tries to share a bed with Kurita.
