As the blades moved over his torso, Remus gave up any pretence of trying to grit his teeth and bear it. The silver dagger being plunged into his stomach ripped another scream out of him. In fact, he was finding it difficult to stop screaming as they did it again, the silver searing his skin in a way that made him want to writhe with agony but of course he couldn't unless he wanted to do even more damage to himself.
He felt like he could barely breathe with the fiery burn all over his chest and blood gushing out of his stomach. One of the knives was back at his throat and Remus tensed. It was a threat and Remus didn't dare move too much. Wincing as the blade cut his throat, Remus was beyond suffering in silence.
"Sirius, please," he begged, his eyes beginning to prickle with tears that he blinked away. "Stop. This isn't you. You don't want to hurt me like this."
