Millicent avoided sectumsempra; it hit the window, busting the glass and shredding the curtains. Not hearing the second blasting curse, Millicent was attempting to retain her footing when it hit her, sending her back and into a curio cabinet filled with a collection of china tea cups stamped with the Bagnold family crest, that had been in the family for generations.
The panes in the doors broke, the cups shattered, and Millicent fell to the ground once again. She groaned in pain but didn't allow herself to linger, drawing herself up to full height as best she could, only to find the Death Eater holding her baby sister. Shit.
"She doesn't have anything to do with this. You've already taken her husband. You've spilled enough of your precious, pure-blood. Let her go!" Millicent punctuated the last word with a silent reducto at the shelves of picture frames on the wall behind the Death Eater, hoping that it would force them both forward enough that Marion might be able to climb out of the way.
