Lucius flushed at Narcissa's question, which was admittedly quite embarassing. He had never told Narcissa verbally that he loved her, but he had simply assumed that she knew how he felt. He placed a hand to her cheek gently and stroked his thumb over her well formed cheek bone. She really was amazingly beautiful. "Of course I love you, Cissa." he said. The look on his face was uncomfortable but sincere. He let his hand drop onto her lap.
"If you want to wait, darling, we shall wait. If you want to be wed this very night, I'm sure Father knows someone that can make it happen." He stroked his other hand over her fine hair. "We'll have the best healers for you and the child." The idea of fatherhood scared him to no end but he would step up and make sure Narcissa was happy and taken care of. This was the most open he had ever been with her and he was serious. Lucius Malfoy was no coward.
