Alice had a quiet sort of "What the hell, why didn't we know this before?" moment, and it was probably for the best that she was holding Neville at this point, because he helped to keep her calm.
She considered the situation quietly, while everyone else reacted however they reacted. In the end, she figured that Dumbledore had to have known about it, and Remus was still a good guy (probably the best of the Marauders, really) and was more upset that he'd gone off on his own, without telling anyone what he was up to.
And, no, she didn't much like James going off on his own, either, even if it was a win. She doesn't think everyone needs to know everything, but telling at least one other person what you're up to would be wise. She prob'ly said something to that effect during the course of the meeting.
