Katie chuckled softly and sadly. She felt the same way and it was nice of Heidi to try and make her feel better but there was still part of her who didn’t want to accept that Angelina and Alicia were bitches of the highest order. They had been her friends since she was an ickle first year. “Thanks.”
“You’re…you’re sure?” Katie wanted to believe her, but she was afraid. It had been so hot that she hoped Ginny really had gotten into it like she believed. The only person she could really ask was Ginny.
“So…you really do think I should talk to her and see if things…might work out?” Katie asked, she couldn’t help but sound a little helpful. “You sure…you’re all right with that with your and Ginny’s…past? I wouldn’t want to have any tension between us or anything…”
Katie looked at her skeptically. When Heidi swore on her broom, Katie was convinced she was being truthful. But, it still seemed really hard to believe. “You don’t think there is anything…going on? Do you?” Katie shook her head. “Leave it to Lavender to get the one everyone has a crush on,” she laughed.
