For a moment Allura thought that Ahayla hadn't heard her. The younger woman's eyes were closed, so perhaps she had fallen asleep? But they came open, and the brunette answered...vaguely.
"I wouldn't want to do these things with anyone other than the one I am with," she stated resolutely. "Therefore we must be together already. How is that for karma?"
It was circular logic, she knew. But thinking about it, she didn't want to give Ahayla a choice. She enjoyed being with the brunette now, as shocking as that sounded. Now she couldn't imagine NOT spending time with Ahayla. It was quite strange to the loner to find herself suddenly attached to someone. Not even her roommate commanded such a connection with her.
"I am going to keep you," she declared with finality. "From now on I am going to take of you, and you will teach me things. I will even...dance for you."
