Seeing that Hermione was affected by her gaze, Narcissa quickly looked away from the girl to regain her senses before looking back.
"It does tend to be the ones who deny the most that have some of those tendencies." Narcissa nodded as she thought back to her own school days and her own 'experimenting'. Well, she thought it was a bit more than that, especially feelings she had for one certain witch...but as soon as Bellatrix had caught wind that her little sister may be something less than a perfect, straight, pureblood, she put a stop to it. She scared Narcissa straight, so to say.
Hermione's next comments hit the nail so much on the head that Narcissa had to chuckle. "Well, Slytherins are known to throw the most wild parties. Even in my day." she met Hermione's sly smile with a coy one of her own. "Oh, stories I have, Miss Granger. But as they say, what happens at a Slytherin party, stays at a Slytherin party." she said with a wink and took another sip of her tea.
