Gabrielle shrugged then pondered some more. "Perhaps you are right?" she suggested. "Maybe...one of zhose snakes zhat change colors when zhey are in different environments then?" It sort of it in Gabrielle's mind though it fit her sister better; Gabrielle wasn't anywhere near as subtle as her sister.
A laugh escaped her. "Oui," she agreed. "Pretty things are often quite deadly in nature, non?" The Veela was a quintessential example of that very thing and Sara was so close to the truth without any clue as to why. It was rather amusing to Gabrielle.
"I am sure it does," Gabrielle purred mischeviously.
The kiss caught Gabrielle off guard. She didn't let it show on her face but she was curious as to why Sara had kissed him and even more curious when she explaied why. Once they were up the stairs, she asked, "Formalities? Is 'e your brother or something?" That seemed to be about the level of passion in the kiss they had shared.
"Well, if zhey did leave my uniforms, perhaps I should try them on before tomorrow to assure I do not need different ones?"
