Katie chuckled. "I knew it. I didn't really have one on her though I'm sort of shocked that I didn't considering that sexy, smart Ravenclaws have become a bit of a thing for me." She gave Lucy a playful wink.
Not wanting to talk about Alicia, Katie acknowledged what she said with a nod but didn't comment further. Not wanting to end the conversation on that note, Katie said, "Now, my second crush on a girl was much funnier and a little embarrassing." She paused dramatically. "She was a first year when I was a second year. Once we got older, it was so obvious that it wouldn't have worked out but I thought she was so cute and...I had it pretty bad," she said with a laugh. "She is a Hufflepuff. Pretty popular and well-known, not always for good things," she said with a laugh figuring there was no way Lucy would figure it out.
As they walked, Katie lightly stroked the back of Lucy's hand and up and down her arms with her fingertips. Katie's walk made it clear that she was actually well past tipsy but she was making it just fine.
