T'Pau didn't think she could climb in her current condition. In another hour she wouldn't even be able to walk. Taking it slow and easy, it could take as long as an hour to get down. Shaking her head, she would not risk it. It simply wasn't logical.
"Climbing carries too much risk of one or both of us being injured. The river seems to heading away from the hill in that direction...so that is the direction I shall go."
Vaun brought the cargo he was carrying into the clinic and set it down. Going back outside, he surveyed the colony with disinterest. That was before he was being bothered.
