All she got was a pat on the back. Nothing reassuring but the look of sickness on her face, and the pat on her back was what she was given. Shrugging out of Kara's arms, she handed her a mug.
"Go ahead, drink it. I need...air." She said, wiping the tear off her cheek as another fell. Walking past Kara, she went out the door, no boots or jacket. Walking into the forest behind the cabin, that was where she took off into the sky, just a quick bend of her legs and a leap up and Danica was flying. Up and above the clouds, into a warmer area of the atmosphere. The tear that had frozen to her cheek in her ascent, unfroze and fell. ---
"Never mind..."
It would be useless to explain it. WAving the question off, she continued with the other part of the conversation. "What did you want to do with your life? Didn't you have a dream as a kid?"
