Heidi chuckled. "I think that's the goal of everyone here, yeah?" she joked. Though, like any good joke, it certainly had more than a bit of truth to it. "Does that mean that I'm going to get to drag you out there to dance with me?" Heidi was always forward but being drunk made her even more so.
"Brilliant," she responded as she kept drinking. Should she have another? It was tempting but she really wanted to get Laurel out there to dance so she slowed down a little.
Heidi sighed as Laurel brushed the hair from her cheek. Leaning into the caress gently, she was sad that it ended so quickly. It seemed that Laurel wasn't shy. Perfect!
"Is that so?" Heidi leaned so that her hair brushed Laure's as the other girl moved to whisper in her ear. Leaning in too, she mused, "What if I want you to drag me?" She felt the ghost of a sensation. Always one to escalate, Heidi let her lips brush Laurel's ear. "Maybe we could just battle and see who wins."
Heidi loved that idea. Whether she won or lost, she would surely win.
The hand on Laurel's hip tugged her lightly, trying to get her to press against Heidi as they stood by the bar as Heidi swayed ever so slightly to the music. For the moment, she was content to stay there if only to see if Laurel would try to battle her for control.
