"Misdirection won't serve you in the least," Bellatrix advised coldly. "Your failure to not understand can't be portrayed as my failure to communicate." She frowned at Lavender. She was enjoying the fight but she seemed a bit...daft.
"There are approved punishments," Bellatrix began as if she was explaining things to a slow child. "Cleaning this classroom, for example, is an approved punishment. I'm willing to be nice and let you do something else but I refuse to get in trouble for assigning an unapproved punishment unless you vow to keep such a thing secret."
"I did no such thing," Bellatrix retorted. "I still don't believe it wasn't yours. However, if it wasn't, someone else slipped it into your bag. Since you have no proof that happened, let's just move on, shall we?"
When Lavender swore her oath, Bellatrix made a series of complex movements with her wand causing them both to glow in a soft dark purple light. With a self satisfied smirk, she tucked her wand away. "I wouldn't break your word, if I were you," Bellatrix warned Lavender.
"Now sit," she instructed. Pulling her feet up and onto the table, she held them up to Lavender. "You can begin by massaging my feet. I have been on them all day." Bellatrix planned to start slow. However, she knew she couldn't maintain such a pace. She was careful to keep her skirt covering her or else betray that her knickers were damp with all her anticipation...
