One second Ginny was there and the next she wasn't. Hermione noted that the absence of the warm touch that had been there only a moment before left her feeling empty and she turned her head to see what had pulled the other girl away.
She smiled as she took note of Ginny's resourcefulness. Hermione couldn't help but make the comparison between blokes and birds. A guy would have been all about trying to snog her into warmth while a female tended to think in terms of overall comfort. "Wonder who lost their scarf?" she pondered out loud while heading to where Ginny had set them up with the closest equivalent of a couch that could possible be created in this environment without completely transfiguring items.
When she closed the distance, Hermione sat on the blanket that had been created and wrapped the end hanging down over the chair around her. "I can see why so many get caught up here," she mused as she leaned against her friend. "It's quite peaceful."
