The carriage was soon gone, and all Allyson could hear were the cries of fear from her children. Turning to see spells flung in the direction, she saw Lisa deflecting what she could with the use of wandless magic and her father deflecting with his wand, aurors flying as Lisa pushed back to protect them.
Allyson grabbed the nearest Auror and was about to place a very heavy curse on him, her mind and body filled with rage and pain. Fleur had left her, Fleur had tried to take her children, the Veela had brought Allyson to the brink of destruction, and Ally could only see red every where.
Muttering the words, the woman was close to completing when suddenly the men froze. All of them. They were still as stone and fell over. From behind Lisa, Marisol De La Vega came up, hands raised at her sides as she murmured under her breath. The ground flashed a vivid purple before dying off. Lisa groaned, feeling blood trickle down her shoulder but she ran off the stairs to go to Allyson. Marisol went to Gabrielle, taking her hand and healing it gently. She gave her an approving nod. "These grounds have been in my family for centuries, we can draw upon their power for very strong magics. They will protect you now, Gabrielle. As they have protected my daughters, and my father."
Unfortunately, with that, there was a dark magic that lurked in the De La Vega line, one that had nearly shown itself in Allyson. Alexander gathered the children at his wife's urging as she healed the Veela woman.
"Ally!" Lisa said, nearly tripping on her way to the woman. Grabbing her by her shirt, she pulled her off of the female French witch on the ground, having to yank hard. Allyson stumbled off the woman, fragile before turning and clinging to Lisa, crying hard into her shoulder. Lisa looked scared too, the woman had been down and Allyson hadn't pulled away. Clinging tightly to Allyson, she felt tears stream down her face as she apologized profusely to Allyson.
"Go to them, I will take care of all these aurors." The ground glowed green for a moment before four men apparated into the area. They were Marisol's brothers! They began to work on gathering the French wizarding police to turn in. Before going to her brother's, Marisol slipped a ring onto Gabrielle's finger, marking her a De La Vega by right.
Rain began to fall, and everyone went to work right away. Except for the crying sisters.
