Those emerald pools followed the light like tourmaline moths to a soft, white, light. There was no danger in it, no harm, but she really couldn't help herself. She stared at it for a long moment, before blinking dramatically and rubbing at her eyes. "I love it.." She admitted after a moment, her eyes blinking away the effects of staring at it too long.
"I never really..." Her focus seemed lost for a moment as she turned back in the direction of that voice, the corners of her mouth tugged at in an amused smile. She studied the other girl for a long moment, longer than was customary or appropriate in any circle. She cocked her head to the side for a moment as the girl sat forward to ask her next question.
Ari almost seemed to ignore the question on purpose, at least at first. "No.." She spat, almost insulted by the question. "I don't." She smirked, peering upward at her from a slightly downcast gaze. "Only the really pretty ones..." Her voice trailed in a mischievous bit of a grin, while she waited to see just how the reaction would settle. Even in the grips of a full blown drunk, you knew it was better to be sure, than have someone run screaming wild into the halls and spreading all kinds of awful rumors.
At least, at this moment? She could have denied ever making a pass at her, but when she heard the comment about her dancing? That milky skin took on a soft shade of carnations in spring. She'd been watched?
