"I am sure you will," Harry said, trying to make the girl feel better. He didn't want her to cry or anything! He had already fought back tears and…well…she was a girl! "I don't think that most people would care."
"People can be friends with people in other houses, my father told me," Harry said. "It's just hard to hang out with them because you don’t share a common room or anything like that. So, you need to meet them other places in the school."

When Hermione returned, a young girl sat with Harry. She was in her uniform as well, sans scarf and other heraldry, her red hair was in pigtails and freckles dotted her pale skin. "This is Ginny Weasley. Hermione Granger," Harry introduced the two girls.
