Tracey blinked, she had not expected such an adverse reaction. Her first instinct was to get defensive. She had done nothing wrong, after all. She fought off the instinct to defend herself. "I was joking," Tracey said in an even tone. She also fought the urge to console Heidi.
She shrugged. As she rubbed Heidi's hands, she found them to be stronger and larger than hers. Though, that was hardly a bad thing; unless they were talking about potions. "Do they serve you well in everything else?" Tracey asked softly. "There are a few things with my hands that don't work too well for me."
Smiling, she was starting to think from Heidi's breathy tone that the other girl might actually be flirting with her. "Well, offering my services. I can tack it onto your bill if you want to give it a try."
"If you think you can afford it?" she mused, her own tone a little breathy. "And your boyfriend wouldn't get jealous?" Tracey added, fishing for information.
