Heidi gladly let the subject drop. SHe didn't want to make a fool of herself for not being able to keep from subtly flirting with the girl, whom Heidi was sure was straight and uninterested.
"Sure." She agreed and watched Tracey demonstrate the first few steps. After, Heidi repeated them, well, but with an error every so often. She continued doing as instructed, but frowned slightly every time she noticed her screw ups.
"Wasn't too bad for a second year maybe." she frowned, already chastising herself for messing up, as usual. "My potion is light blue. Your's is dark red. I'm waiting for the explosion."
Heidi was always hard on herself, a result of her parents, who scolded her for the slightest error in the things she did. That was the downfall of perfectionist parents.
