Ginny leaned in coyly to listen. He wasn’t speaking terribly loud so she needed to get closer to hear. It was awkward leaning like that so she let her arse swing onto the bench so she was seated across from the man.
When he tilted his chin up, Ginny’s gaze locked with his. They were so…pale and sharp. Ginny’s breath hitched and she didn’t think that they were…quite familiar. Those thoughts didn’t linger though.
“Well, I just got here and I am a little thirty,” Ginny told him. “I might take you up on that very kind offer.”
His tone was so…silky and refined. He was probably some rich, spoiled, Pureblood. There wasn’t too many of those around, frankly. Ginny was intrigued. It might be a fun bit of a game to dance around this guy who had decided to flirt with her.
Not one to be shy, Ginny kept her gaze on his as she brought the drink up and tilted it up. The seconds ticked by and the glass was slowly drained of its liquid. Ginny finished it and set it on the table.
“I think I will take you up on your offer,” Ginny told him, leaning in and smiling. “What are you having over there? Mine was a Vodka and Cranberry but I might be convinced to try something different.”
The pulsing lights were started to annoy her. The way he was seated, Ginny wouldn't have been able to recognize him if he was one of her brothers. She had to wonder if she knew the wizard...
