"I am," Penny assured Jessica with a kind smile. Gently, she reached over and rubbed Jessica's arm before pulling away. Penny hadn't meant to do something so…familiar but she couldn't help it. Jessica Runcorn was getting under her skin, there was no denying it.
"I hope you will enjoy it. There aren't many things to do there aside from relax and eat. But, it is a great place to unwind." Not that Penny really needed it. She lived a life of non-urgent luxury. Jessica, on the other hand, could likely use it due to her job. "There will be drinks there, though," she quipped, referencing their arrangement on tales from Hogwarts.
Penny smiled shyly. "Orla really doesn't even like candy that much to be honest," Penny told Jessica softly as they exited the store. "My mother always told me it was good to have something sweet nearby if someone needs a brighter day." She didn't admit to the other reason; Penny hoped it would make the other children like her more.
"I can't believe how early it gets dark up here," Penny said as the sky was nearing dusk. The students were going to gather soon to go back to school. "We could stay here and enjoy some of Hogsmeade's night life. Or we could do something else?"
Penny didn't want the date to end. Though, she wasn't sure about being somewhere alone with Jessica where temptation might win out.
