Katie smiled. "Let's hope the Quidditch scouts agree with you. I am really hoping I get drafted when school is done. A couple squads have Chasers that are retiring so I might have a shot." She cocked her head to the side. "Do you like Quidditch?" Katie doubted she did but it was a distraction for when Katie got too embarrassed by their essay subject.
"That makes sense." Katie chuckled. "Had anyone do it recently?" she inquired. Glancing over at Lucy, she added, "If I am being improper just smack me or something." Lightly, she swatted the top of Lucy's thigh to demonstrate as an excuse to be a little flirty.
Katie shrugged. "It's long passed. I've been really lucky lately. My girlfriend is amazing," she said, affection for Ginny thickening her words. "She is also the one who suggested it's good for us to have other partners from time to time." She didn't want to close off any more flirting, even if it didn't go anywhere.
"Right. Makes sense," Katie mused without really thinking about it. "Wait, what?" Her head snapped up and she looked at Lucy. Trying to cover herself, she said, "Oh, theoretically. Right. Well, for the sake of the essay, do we want to tell it from two sides? Like a dominant and submissive one letting us each voice the certain role?"
Fleur would love that. "Just too warn you…I'm not really educated on the subject. I just know what I've done and what I've talked to friends about and such."
