Katie hung her head as Heidi screamed at her. She flinched again. “I’m not,” she muttered weakly. At Katie’s response and Heidi’s yelling, Ginny whipped around angrily and stepped between Heidi and Katie.
“She isn’t lying!” Ginny shouted back. “And what the bloody hell is that supposed to me? I would be Ginny? If you are going to be like that Macavoy, you can just sod off. Katie isn’t lying, she was there and she was the one doing it.”
“I saw it!” Ginny added shouting. “So don’t tell me I didn’t see it.”
“Megan doesn’t have a reason to lie? You’re right, not that I can think of. But we’re all witches. Maybe Tracey cast a memory charm on her? She is a Slytherin, after all.”
