"Questionable parties?" Penny asked with wry amusement. "How did a studious Ravenclaw end up at such a function?" Playfully, she tapped her fingers on the couch feigning impatience in waiting for an answer.
"Ah. My daughter is still at that stage where she is very shy. I do not believe she has many older friends," Penny responded. She didn't want to admit that she thought that her daughter didn't have too many friends period.
"I would imagine," she laughed. Penny shook her head. "I can't imagine sitting through a meeting like that. How many do you have a week?"
Penny's cheeks were a light pink as she looked at Jessica. "I would have thought suitors would have been lining up at your office door," she complimented Jessica, her gaze unflinching.
