“Good to know,” Penny responded. “I’ll be sure to send along an invitation.” She found the younger woman quite endearing. She had to stop herself from getting ideas into her head though; that was something that could be dangerous.
Finny came with fresh drinks a few minutes after Penny rang a small bell on her desk. “Dinner is ready,” the House Elf squeaked and prepared to lead the two women to the dining room.
On the table there was more food than they could ever possibly eat. A Caesar salad sat in a large bowl along with Chicken Florentine over linguine. A bottle of expensive red wine sat next to two empty glasses. A few side dishes of vegetables completed the meal.
“If there is anything else you would like or if you would like different fare, I am happy to get it for you,” Finny squeaked as they sat down at the table.
